  "As event planner for a business, one quickly learns the success of an event is not entirely dependent upon good intentions, hard work and high hopes. It requires perfect timing, reliable sources and excellent product. With these in mind, I recommend Steven Segal, owner of Capricorn Catering in Dallas. The food he prepares is delicious, presented in a lovely manner, perfectly timed and Steven is very pleasant to work with. My time is better spent working out other details.
